CEO & Co-Founder
Olatimbo is a consummate oil and gas expert with over 17 years’ experience in the energy, maritime, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
Mala Modu Sheriff
Non-Executive Director/Co-Founder
Mala is an innovative and result oriented business administrator who has served the public sector before birthing the private sector. He is a graduate of Political Science from the prestigious Bayern University Kano. He began his working career in construction in 1985 to become the pioneer Chairman of A.M.M.S Construction Company for 20 years. He is a man proven with a broad range of competences that transverse the Nigerian economy including real estate management, agriculture and education.
He has been at different times, a member of Nigeria Institute of Building, Managing Director Red House Trade Investment Limited, Nigeria Representative Phoenix Geophysics Manufacturers of Geological and Oil exploration equipment in Ontario, Canada. He is the Director Grand-scope Construction Company Ltd, a successful and reputable construction company.
Mala is the Managing Director/CEO of Fordshire Exploration and Production and a Share holder in Dutchford E&P.
Olufemi Jnr Ayinde
Non-Executive Director
Junior graduated from Roehampton University with First Class Honours in Business Management and obtained a Master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from University of Leeds. He currently manages a financial trading business.
Mohammed Nur Sherif
Non-Executive Director
Mohammed holds a bachelor degree in Business Management and Economics from De Montfort University Leicester, United Kingdom and a Masters in International Development from the prestigious University of Manchester. He also attended leadership development programs at Manchester’s Global Development Institute and the International Development Institute in London.
He is the Managing Director of Aqua Finca Farms Limited, Director Levant Atlantic Real Estate Company. He has garnered significant expertise in multiple sector's of the economy from Real Estate, Agriculture and Oil.
Mohammed is an Executive Director of Fordshire Exploration and Production and a shareholder of Dutchford E& P.
Oluwafolajimi Ayinde
Non-Executive Director
Jimmy graduated from University of Sussex with Second Class (Division One) in Accounting and Finance. He is a serial entrepreneur with businesses across different sectors including health and fitness, perfumery, and jewellery.
Wole Adenle
Company Secretary
Wole is a Senior Partner at Oloko Adenle & Sowemimo, a firm specialising in oil and gas law, admiralty law and marine cargo claims. He has an LLM degree in Oil & Gas Law from world renowned CEPMLP - Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland. He practiced law for several years in England and rose to become a partner in the firm of Salfiti & Co Solicitors. In 1998, he was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Wole is experienced in all aspect of oil & gas law, admiralty law, project finance, property investment, and international citizenship solutions where he is widely consulted for his expertise. He is a member of International Bar Association and a Member of the Energy Institute London. He was appointed Company Secretary in December, 2021.
Funmi Bisiriyu
Non-Executive Director
Funmi serves as a Non-Executive Director since her appointment in 2019.
Prior to joining Dutchford, she served as the Executive Director of Downstream Directorate, with Dutchess Energy and brings extensive strategy and retail operations experience. In 2014, she led their operations for UAE as the Managing Director and holds broad industry knowledge of the downstream sector. She has successfully led operations for 11 affiliates and JVs in the UAE, Turkey, and India.
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Hazel Byron Consulting Limited (HBCL) and Steps4Change.
Mrs.Bisiriyu holds a Master of Science in Hematology with Hospital Transfusion Science as well as various Qualifications in Leadership and Management; a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Olanipekun Ogunsulire
Executive Director
Olanipekun is experienced business developer, organisational strategist and management consultant with key expertise cutting across a range of industries/sectors. He has 12 years’ experience in business development, growth & organizational strategy within the Oil and gas sector. He is one of the founding members of Dutchess Energy ltd, an Oil and gas company with operations in the downstream sector of the industry.
He graduated from University of Lagos with Geography and regional planning and furthered his studies in the United Kingdom where he acquired his Master’s in Business Administration degree and his Master’s in Business Psychology degree respectively. He then set up and built up a successful management consultancy firm in the UK and Nigeria supporting governmental agencies and private businesses with organizational operational strategies and implementation. He then later returned to Nigeria to fully focus his expertise’s within the oil and gas sector in 2012. He is an individual passionate about using his knowledge and experience to create effective and practical solutions for business leaders, teams and organisations.
